Proposed highway works, Bowerswain Hollow, Ass Hill (Nov23)

To enable Dorset Council to carry out essential highway maintenance works, they plan to close Bowerswain Hollow, Ass hill on the 22nd November 2023 .

The road will be closed between the hours of 09:30 and 14:30

They will be carrying out targeted and localised repairs to sections of those roads highlighted in red on the map on the official notice (see below (embedded PDF) or download the notice here as a PDF). The recommended diversion route is marked in blue, and this will remain in place for the full duration of the above works. National regulations state that traffic must be diverted onto roads with the same classification as the one that is closed.
